We want you to love our natural cosmetics as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Standard Shipping

    • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  2. International Shipping

    • At the moment we DO NOT offer international shipping. We currently only offer shipping within Australia but are actively working on expanding.

  3. How do I check the status of my order?

    • When your purchase has been received, you will be issued a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a follow up email containing the tracking number for your purchase where you're able to track your delivery.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Abundance Australia, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is positive and hassle-free. If you receive a damaged item from us, please review our refund policy below:

  1. By making a purchase from Abundance Australia, you agree to this refund policy for damaged items.

  2. Changes to the Refund Policy

    • We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

  4. Non-Refundable Items

    • The following items are non-refundable:

      1. Items that have been misused, abused or subjected to neglect

      2. Items that have not been stored in accordance with our instructions stated on each product label

      3. Products with visible signs of wear and tear that occurred after delivery

      4. Refunds will not be issued for items returned solely due to a change of mind. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases before making them

      5. Our refund policy is primarily designed to address damaged or defective items

  5. Return Shipping

    • In some cases, you will be required to return the damaged item. Postage and shipping of the item will be at your expense.

  6. Refund Process

    • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund as follows:

      1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

      2. The refund will typically be processed within 5-7 business days after approval

  7. Initiating a Refund Request

    • To initiate a refund request for a damaged item, please follow the steps below:

      1. Contact Abundance Australia at abundanceaustralia@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of delivery

      2. Provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and any relevant photos/evidence of the damaged item

      3. Our team will review your request and may request additional information if necessary

  8. Eligibility for Refunds

    • You are eligible for a refund for a damaged item if you meet the following conditions:

      1. You receive a product that is damaged or defective

      2. You report the damage or defect within 14 calendar days or receiving the item (date of delivery)

      3. You can provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt
